Acai Detox

Chicken Csardas
You'll Need:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, in strips
1 tbsp margarine
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup sherry, or dry white wine
2 tsp Arrowroot powder, or cornstarch
2 tsp water
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp Hungarian paprika
Noodles
Procedure:
Melt margarine in nonstick skillet over Medium heat. Add chicken and season with salt. Cook, stirring constantly fopr 3 minutes.
Add onion and mushrooms. Continue stirring for 2 minutes longer. Add sherry or white wine. Blend in arrowroot and water in a cup. Add to skillet. Cook and stir rapidly until thick. Stir in yougrt and paprika. Cook just to heat. Do not boil. Serve with noodles and vegetalbes.
