Acai Detox

Chicken Salad
You'll Need:
1 whole chicken cooked, boned and cut into pieces
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 lb seedless grapes
1 cup celery sliced
1 cup almonds slivered
8 oz canned pineapple bits
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Procedure:
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Keep refrigerated.
Dressing:
Mix dressing ingredients together and stir into chicken mixture.
Refrigerate and serve
