  Acai Detox


No-Bake Granola Bars

You'll Need:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbs. toasted sesame seeds

Procedure:

In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla, blend well. Add oats, cereal, raisins, coconut, sunflower and sesame seeds. Press into ungreased 9-inch square pan. Cool. Cut into bars and store.
