Mushroom Rarebit

You'll Need:

# 1 lb. (450g) mushrooms, sliced
# 2 oz. (50g) butter
# 1 tablespoon tomato puree
# 2 tablespoons of water
# 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
# 4 slices buttered toast

Procedure:

# Saut? the mushrooms in the butter slowly for about 10 minutes # Add salt , pepper and the tomato puree mixed with the water # Add the cheese and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes # Serve on hot, buttered toast
