Quick & Easy Gourmet Onions Recipe
You'll Need:
* 3 T. butter
* 2 T. sugar
* salt to taste
* 1/4 T. pepper
* 1/4 C. sherry
* 10-12 small onions, peeled, cooked and drained
* 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Procedure:
Melt butter in saucepan, add the sugar, salt, pepper and sherry. Add onions and heat quickly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put into serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
