Pear-Pineapple Soup
You'll Need:
1 pineapple, peeled
3 pears, peeled
2 cup Chamomile tea
1/2 cup Muscat wine
Honey, to taste
1 lemon
Procedure:
In a blender or food processor puree fruits. Strain through a fine sieve. Season to taste with tea, wine, honey and lemon juice. Serve cold garnished with pineapple leaves.
