  Acai Detox


Out of This World Cod Fillets

You'll Need:

1 pound cod fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Paprika

Procedure:

Place fish fillets in a glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with lemon juice. Broil fish for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout. In small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions and butter or margarine. Remove fish from heat and spread with sour cream mixture. Broil 2 more minutes or until lightly browned.
