Salmon Cakes
You'll Need:
2 cups canned salmon
1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Dash of pepper
Procedure:
Drain and flake salmon. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Form into cakes. Saut� in butter.
